During my careers as a midwife, a lawyer and a private nurse, I always loved and enjoyed cooking for my family and friends and thought of cooking as one of my many creative hobbies.
After graduating in nutrition and becoming a nutritional therapist, creating recipes and cooking food for my wonderful clients became an important part of my job. Therefore I decided to take my cooking skills to a professional level, too and went on to study at Ashburton Chefs Academy to obtain professional chef’s qualifications.
Today I’m literally immersed in everything about cooking – I’m fascinated by the ingredients, captivated by the process and mesmerized by the importance of my profession.
I cook smart comfort food – food that is healthy and nutritious – food that nourishes mind, soul and body.
I have a skill, knowledge and a creative spirit.
I truly believe that food should be our only medicine and there is no love sincerer than the love of food.
